1. How Do I Buy Images?
Buying pictures on Shotshop.com is easy. You can order all images online, then download and use them immediately. There is is just one exception: if you wish to pay in advance, the images will only be available for download after the receipt of payment. Of course, you will receive an invoice for each order, which is also valid as proof of licensing.

2. How Much Is an Image?
Our Standard Licence is available from 30 € to 45 € (plus 7 % VAT in Germany). You can use the image for internet, multimedia and print.
If you want to use the image for internet and mulitmedia purposes only, maybe for your website, our Web Licence for 10 € is all you need.
No matter which type of licence you choose, you are allowed to use the images as often as you want to for an unlimited period of time. If you want to use the images on objects for resale (for example postcards, posters, cups, t-shirts), or if you want to transfer the usage rights to a maximum of five affiliates within your group of companies, please choose our Extended Licence for your order.

3. What Sizes Do the Images Have?
When you purchase our Standard Licence, the image will be delivered with maximum resolution, which is supreme printing quality – usually larger than DIN A3 at 300dpi. The exact available resolution is described in the detailed information for each picture. If you choose our Web Licence, the image will be 1024 pixels on the longer side – which is perfect for almost all on-screen applications.

4. What Are the Payment Methods?
You can choose between the following methods of payment:
Payment in advance
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Direct debit (only in Germany)
• Payment in advance
• Invoice

5. How Do I Download Images?
After your order has been completed successfully, you will be forwarded to the section “My Account” automatically. You can now download your images directly to your computer. You may download each image individually or all images at once as a zip file. Required software to handle zip files may be downloaded here:

If you prefer to download your images later please concider that all images are available for download for six months from date of purchase.
6. Can I Download the Images Immediately?
Yes, after an order has been completed successfully you may download the images immediately. There is is just one exception: if you wish to pay in advance, the images will only be available for download after the receipt of payment.
7. Do Purchased Images Have Watermarks?
No, of course not! Purchased Images do not have a watermark. Only layout images are protected by a watermark.
