Trouble Shooting

 

1.   I Can’t Log In To My Account
Make sure your browser accepts cookies, and your firewall does not block any outgoing information. Check if your cap lock is turned off as the login and password fields are case sensitive. Make sure you made no spelling mistakes or accidentally entered a space character.
If you continue to have problems, you should empty your cache and delete your browser history.

2.   I Forgot My Password.
If you forgot your password, click on “Login” and then “I Forgot My Password”. Enter the e-mail address you are registered with at Shotshop. You will now receive a new password via email, which you have to change immediately to a personal, secret password. You can do so in “My XXX”.

3.   Other Problems
